How much is the delivery?

A

For all the purchases the delivery price is 19.98 EUR incl. VAT. If cleared funds are received by 2 pm, most orders are dispatched the same day.

How are my goods sent?

A

All our packages are sent fully insured and require a signature on receipt. You get mandatory VIG insurance in the amount of 1.25% of the purchase price. When your items are dispatched, you will be sent an online tracking number. Please be advised that If your local courier is TNT the tracking number will be generated once the parcel is received by TNT. Delivery time takes 1 - 3 business days after the parcel is handed to the courier's warehouse.

Can I change my delivery address?

A

Due to security reasons, we are unable to change delivery addresses from one residential address to another. With a high number of attempted fraudulent transactions and identity theft, we are unable to send orders to different residential addresses to those other than the registered bank account address.

What happens if I am not at home to take delivery?

A

A card will be left by the courier so that you can rearrange delivery for another day or collect from your local sorting office/depot taking ID with you.

How will I know when my order is being delivered?

A

You will receive an email following the dispatch of your order which will include a tracking number.

When will I receive my delivery?

A

Please check our Delivery and Insurance page for the delivery time to your country. Please note that due to the Covid-19 situation there may occasionally be delays in traveling across Europe.

Can I pay online by debit or credit card?

A

Yes, you may pay us online by VISA, MasterCard, or by bank transfer.

What currency do you accept?

A

Our bank account is Euro-denominated, so if you initiate your payment in another currency you may incur additional bank charges. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any charges incurred.

Do I have to provide identification to purchase from you?

A

Payments made by bank transfer may require further ID. This is to fulfill our insurance criteria of knowing where our customer resides so that your goods are covered when we dispatch them.

How will I know you have received my funds?

A

You will receive an email from us to confirm receipt of funds. A follow-up email will be sent at a later time to confirm that your order has been taken away by the local courier.

Do you buy back bullion bars and coins that you have sold?

A

We are happy to re-purchase any bars or coins that we have supplied at the very best rates. To sell, just phone or e-mail us to lock in a price and then send the items to us by insured delivery. As soon as we receive and check the bullion we will pay you by bank transfer within 1-3 days.

What does the "SHIP LATER" option mean?

A

If you choose the "Ship Later" option we will keep your order and ship it with a future order(s) when instructed. You can place up to 5 orders to be sent in one parcel within a 3 month period. You will pay for delivery with your last order!
