In accordance with European law, the United Kingdom’s Financial Services’ (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 there is no statutory right to return or cancel an order for Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium or Rhodium once placed due to the fact that the products are subject to price fluctuations in the financial markets that are beyond our control.
You can however enquire about a termination of your order prior to dispatch or collection. If we consent to terminating your order, you will need to compensate any possible fall in the underlying metal price and our loss in profit.
For items that are not subject to price fluctuations in the financial markets (such as coin boxes and other accessories) you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving a reason.

For this purpose, you can use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website info@europabullion.com.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of such revocation. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must return to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of the return of the goods. Your obligation is only to pay for any possible loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to an inspection of the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods or for the provision of services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence, and which may occur within the revocation period, in particular services in connection with shares, with shares in open-ended investment funds within the meaning of Section 1 (4) of the German Capital Investment Code and with other tradable securities, foreign exchange, derivatives or money market instruments.
